This is a hardy perennial that produces year after year once established. During summer, it can be harvested roughly every 20 days. In winter, the plant dies back naturally, but fresh shoots will re-emerge in spring. It continues to grow and spread, and can also be propagated by dividing the roots — a long-lasting and productive addition to any garden.
