Title: Al Cantàra 'A Nutturna' | A white wine from the slopes of Mount Etna, Sicily. The 15-hectare vineyard, owned by Pucci Giuffrida, is located at 620 metres above sea level and all operations are carried out with environmental respect. Al Cantàra, meaning bridge in Arabic, symbolises the union between wine, art and poetry. This wine is made from the dark-skinned red variety Nerello Mascalese and was produced using organic methods, with three months bottle ageing prior to release. Complex aromas of pineapple, wild floral notes and spice combine to create an intriguing white wine from this distinctive and coveted wine region in Europe.
