Our Anchovy fillets are very fine, not bony or harsh. Salted Anchovy fillets (fish) (55%), Extra virgin olive oil (45%). The oil used in our tinned anchovy filets is a typically Sicilian – green, fruity and spicy, organic extra virgin oil from the first cold pressing.
