Organic Rice flour (75%) (ground from white rice), Organic quinoa flour (25%) Put pasta in boiling water (approx. 3ltr for 227g of pasta). Add salt if required. Boil uncovered, stiring occasionally for 13-15 minutes or until tender but still firm. Drain pasta and rinse with warm water.
