The Egyptian Carob tree bears fruit between the months of May and August, the fruits are dried and the n are sold throughout the year. One of the features of the Egyptian Carob fruit is that it is verysolid and can be eaten individually or used to make the delicious Carob juice for which Egypt is famous.
