Chives Garlic | Allium tuberosum. Also known as Chinese Chives. Long flat leaves are used like chives in salads, vegetables, soup, potato dishes or chopped with cheese or yogurt. Flavour is a mild mixture of onion and garlic. Prefers full sun. Flowers are white and also edible.
