Crama Delta Dunarii 'La Sapata' Aligoté 2024 is a rare find, originating from Romania. This wine is fresh, soft, and round, with fleshy peach and lemony citrus flavours, making it a great match for fish and white meat dishes. The winery, a joint venture between Roberto di Filippo and Roberto Pieroni, has planted 20 hectares of organically certified vineyards in the Dobrogea region, near the town of Tulcea. The unique bond between people, vineyards, and countryside in the Danube delta has led to a distinctive approach to winemaking, focusing on traditional artisanal methods.
