Our Da Mhile Organic Botanical Gin is a 70cl, 42% ABV spirit made with 17 different botanicals. It has an initial taste of spearmint and peppermint, moving into liquorice and some lovely spices, finishing on floral notes of elderflower and chamomile. This easy-drinking gin is perfectly complemented by most tonics and great to experiment with whatever is in season for the garnish, such as blackberries, elderflower, lime, pepper, or rocket.
