1 x 75cl. Burgundy Domaine Gueguen organic Chardonnay premier cru from Chablis Vosgros, which is situated on south-west facing slopes forming an amphitheatre. This allows the vines to catch more sun, resulting in a richer, more opulent Chablis. Flavoured with honey and notes of citrus fruit and white pepper, it can be enjoyed young but will also ripen well in 5 years and become more complex. It pairs well with grilled fish, fish in a rich sauce, or white meat in a sauce. This wine also complements creamy cheeses from Burgundy, such as Epoisses or Chaource.
