Doves Farm have been specialists in organic and gluten free flour since 1978, located at their farm near Hungerford on the Wiltshire/Berkshire border. In addition to great tasting bread flours, they make a variety of organic and gluten free products including, biscuits, cookies, cereal bars, breakfast cereals, pasta & baking requisites, drawing the majority of these and many raw materials from the local Wessex area. Doves Farm are dedicated to upholding organic, ethical and Fairtrade agricultural systems, nurturing partnerships with suppliers and customers and supporting local community projects.
