Each jar contains 55% salted anchovy fillets and 45% cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil from organic agriculture. These anchovies are intended primarily as a flavouring ingredient. They can also be placed over pizza, added to focaccia or chopped with capers and olives for a tapenade-style spread.
