Certified organic by the Organic Food Federation. Pour the mixture into your yoghurt maker jar/pots and heat the yoghurt at 42 degrees Celsius for 10 hours (or until set). If not set after 10 hours, continue in the yoghurt maker, checking every 2 hours.
