About Us In the center of Spain, in the northern part of La Mancha and to the south of the province of Toledo, our town, Madridejos, is largely dominated by the outer foothills of the Mountains of Toledo, and the predominant crop is the Olive tree. At Garcia de la Cruz we are proud to produce extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) and our commitment to taking care of the environment is a top priority. We use the most responsible and advanced agricultural techniques including monitored drip irrigation and fertigation, a drip fertilization technique, to care for our fields.
