Helmos Organic Thyme Honey 450 g is produced by the Souka family in Lefkada. It is considered high quality honey. It belongs to the flower honeys, but in fact it is a separate category due to its intense aromatic and taste characteristics. Its production amounts to approximately 10% of the total honey production of Greece. Only the best parts of the pollen are carefully selected, following the strictest production standards. Beehives are kept amongst organic herb cultivations and transferred over a 1000m altitude in summer period to collect what Greek nature offers. It contains no added sugar, no preservatives, 100% Organic product.
