Our crisps are made in small batches in Soria in Northern Spain using only the finest organic potatoes. The potatoes are finely cut before being hand cooked in organic 100% extra virgin olive oil and seasoned with sea salt. The result is a thin golden crisp with a crunchier texture for a refined taste experience.
