La Soie Blanche, Chemin des Rêves, AOP Languedoc 2019 is a balanced and structured white wine, with notes of lemony and yellow flowers. It has a full-bodied texture and a lovely mouth feel, with hints of exotic fruit and spices. The estate, which has 20 hectares of vines spread over two terroirs in AOP Languedoc, prioritizes quality and sustainability. The vineyards are managed using organic techniques, which preserve the environment. The soils are grassed and ploughed, and no weed killers or chemical fertilizers are used. Yields are limited and controlled by short pruning, disbudding, and green harvesting, which encourages the roots of the vines to obtain in-depth nutrients and minerals, resulting in wines with depth and complexity. The wine is made from organic products, including sulphur and copper.
