Las Hoces 2021 is a single-varietal red wine made from bobal by the Valencian winery Clos Corvi (D.O. Valencia). The wine is grown on south-facing terraces that descend towards the gorges of the Cabriel river. After a production process that includes 16 months of aging in barrels and an additional 6 months in oval clay amphorae, the result is a complex and intense organic red wine that is sweet on the palate, with mature tannins and good persistence. This wine is suitable for both men and women to enjoy.
