The De Carlo’s stone mill their own organically grown fresh basil, together with hand picked organic Ogliarola variety olives from their estate. STONE MILLED & INFUSED – To get maximum flavour, the olives are stone milled with the olives, for every 100g of olives, there is 15g of Basil.
