Lunaio Organic Chilli Oil 250ml Produced in Puglia, these certified organic aromatic oils - unlike most flavoured oils which use added extracts - are made through infusion with fresh organic ingredients, or by stone milling the olives and fresh ingredients together, which truly marries flavour, scent and colour. Our infused oils are made by immersing chilli in extra virgin olive oil. Once the scent, colour and flavour permeates the oil, its filtered through fine muslin and bottled. The fresh chilli makes a spicy hot olive oil for sauces and stir fries. Many flavoured oils are made by adding aromas to cheap virgin oils which have been extracted with solvents. These are organic extra virgin oils made from stone milled current year harvest Puglia Ogliarola olives and flavoured by fresh ingredients.
