1 x 75cl. Michel Marcoult, in the Champagne region, produces Organic Champagne brut Blanc de Blancs NV. As the name suggests, this champagne is produced entirely from white grapes, in this case Chardonnay grapes. A very intense yellow colour, nearly gold, characterises this blanc de blanc. The nose is precise, with notes of lemon, pear, and pineapple, followed by marzipan, toast, and brioche. The palate is a continuation of the nose, with a fresh start, lovely small bubbles, and a long finish on notes of grapefruit. This champagne is suitable for both men and women.
