Fresh, fruity and floral - Our 100% organic gin-like spirit is distilled with our unique combination of classic gin botanicals and local Scottish plants to create a rich and floral spirit. It’s our barley spirit that really makes the difference adding a malty, fruity undertone that plays exceptionally well with our chosen botanicals.
Our own unique botanical recipe - Our ten botanicals are a mix of traditional gin botanicals and locally foraged plants: juniper, coriander, angelica, liquorice, chamomile, grapefruit, bog myrtle, thyme, sorrel, and heather.
How to drink me - Like gin, drink over plenty of ice with aromatic tonic water and a slice of grapefruit. Alternatively swap me for gin in any classic gin cocktails, a Negroni is our favourite!
