This Organic Cabernet Sauvignon from Dalton, a single vineyard in Israel, is made from organic grapes planted in one of the highest regions, around 800 meters above sea level. The combination of the soils in the region offers a perfect terroir, with the vines exposed to sunlight almost throughout the year. This results in rich and intense fruit aromas, colours, and flavours, forming the foundation for a unique wine. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, adding complexity and structure. A 75cl bottle of wine, suitable for both men and women.
