Massage oil into scalp and hair, leave overnight then wash out thoroughly next morning. Massage oil into scalp and hair for 2/3 hours cover with cling film or shower cap then wash out thoroughly. Massage oil into the scalp and wrap with a warm towel or can also be used during sauna for 30 mins, then wash out thoroughly.
