Organic olive leaves, collected from our own Koroneiki olive trees in Crete. Very aromatic and fresh. Olive leaves are high in oleuropin hydroxytyrosol, and this gives the leaves a bitter taste. The leaves are hand picked and dried in the shade. They can be infused in a cup of boiled water, and consumed as a healthy tea; sweeten to taste with honey. 2-3 leaves are used per cup. 100% Greek.
