Founded in 1960 by Valentin Pinuaga Salazar in Corral de Almaguer, Toledo, Bodegas Pinuaga is now managed by the second and third generations, Valentin & Esther. The palate is bold yet elegant, with a complex interplay of dark fruits, mineral character, and subtle spiciness.
