Dulse seaweed or sea vegetables belong to the red marine algae family. These nutrient rich algae have been an important food source for thousands of years and contain a rare blend of minerals. The “white powder” on that seaweed is a mixture of dried sea salt (our seaweeds are freshly harvested wild seaweeds) and Potassium that is naturally present in seaweeds.
