Spring water used for cold water extraction. 1 dropperful is equal to one squeeze of the rubber bulb. It will not fill the pipette but this is 0.5ml/one dropperful. Can be added to coffee, tea, smoothie etc. but we personally love to drop the tincture under our tongue for maximum absorption.
