This is a packet of 20 seeds harvested by hand from my own Russian giant sunflowers. I use them in baking, for bird food, and to get new seeds for next year. Very easy to germinate and grow. Plant in a sunny spot with support. The leaves make a great mulch or green compost, the stalks can be dried and used as canes. If you choose to leave the seed heads on, they will feed birds and scatter seeds for next year.
