Sauce porridge is very popular in many countries. The way this is made varies from country to country. This is one of the ways we make savu porridge in Sri Lanka. When the sugar dissolves, add the chopped cardamom powder.Then add the chopped cashews and cardamom powder.Now without letting the porridge thicken too much, take it out of the oven when it is liquid enough to drink a little.This porridge is good enough for about four adults.
