Directions of UseStir 1 tsp turmeric-latte mixture (about 2g) into 250ml (vegetable) milk, heat, and sweeten to taste.Preparation according to Ayurveda (Golden Milk): 1 teaspoon turmeric paste * in 250ml (vegetable) milk stir and heat, simmer over medium heat for 4-5 min.
