Personally, I use 1 tea spoon of St John’s Wort in combination with other 1 tea spoon of other 3-4 dry or fresh favourite herbs and poor it with 500ml water (not boiling but just up to 90C hot). Then I wait for 5 min, strain the liquid and drink it.
