Cuvée Zoé Rouge, Les Vins Parcé Frères is an organic wine with a full-bodied taste, featuring cherries and blackberry jam followed by gripping tannins that provide a strong frame for the dense black-fruit-skin flavours on the palate. These wines pair well with red meats and cheeses and will benefit from a few years' ageing. The wine-making philosophy, from the vineyard to the glass, combines know-how and consistency in the quality of the wines, making Parcé Frères a well-known name in the Roussillon region. The estate prioritizes quality and sustainability, embracing organic methods from the early beginnings. The vineyard is located 20km west of Narbonne, on the northern hills of the Fontfroide, with sandy and slightly acidic soils.
