Our artisan farmhouse gin is made with 17 different botanicals, ranging from an initial taste of spearmint and peppermint, moving into liquorice and some lovely spices, finishing on floral notes of elderflower and chamomile. It's an easy-drinking gin, perfectly complemented by most tonics and great to experiment with whatever is in season for the garnish, such as blackberries, elderflower, lime, pepper, or rocket.
