Furthermore, Domaine des Lambrays produce another couple of premier cru and village Morey-Saint-Denis wines, as well as a couple of Puligny-Montrachets. 2019 is the first fully organic vintage in the vineyard. The grand cru tends to be made with a relatively large proportion of stems, although this can vary with vintage conditions, and ageing takes place in up to 50% new French oak barrels.
