Fuenteseca Bobal Cabernet 2022 is a red wine from Spain. It has intense ripe fruit aromas on the nose with plum and blackcurrant characters, hints of liquorice and lightly structured tannins from the Cabernet fruit. The wine is made from organically-grown grapes in vineyards cultivated using natural fertilisers, cover crops, biological control of pests and not using any chemical products that may damage the health of the environment. The grapes are cooled and undergo pre-ferment whole bunch maceration before temperature controlled tank fermentation. This full-bodied wine is suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and is certified organic.
