The producer, Terroir Al Limit, is a relative latecomer to Priorat, but within twenty years, Dominik Huber has created wines that are heralded even within the context of the very best of Priorat. Farming according to organically and biodynamically sound principles, the vineyards rise from 350 to 800 meters. These are wines of amazing freshness and finesse, speaking of their terroir in delicate tones, yet wines that don’t lack in depth and richness of flavor. Terroir al Limit produces an exemplary range of wines – both white and red – from various plots in Priorat and neighbouring Monstant. This is an estate that does not stand still, and quality seems to remain on an ascendant. The top cuvees show the two faces of the traditional Priorat grape varieties. We currently focus on top cuvee Les Manyes, along with single vineyards Les Tosses and L’Arbosar, and the white ‘Pedra de Guix’. Les Tosses is the first wine in the Terroir Al Limit collection, introduced in 2001. It is a red wine, suitable for both men and women.
