Organic Ground Soy Meat (TVP) is a textured, plant-based protein that is a soy-based meat alternative that is suitable for vegetarian diets. It absorbs flavors effectively and has a fibrous sponge-like feel that resembles animal flesh. Organic soybean mince (TVP) contains all of the necessary amino acids required for the development, high-quality protein, and very little saturated fat. The most common variety of TVP is little crumbles or granules. Cooked, it mimics ground beef and is frequently used in spaghetti Bolognese, chili, taco meat, sloppy Joes, soyrizo, shepherd's pie, and other dishes. TVP is a dried product.
